Edge milling
machine F-10 is designed for removal and radius milling of the edge
overhangs.
- The machine works with straight as well as curved parts.
- The tool processes an upper and lower cornice for one pass of
the part.
- Moving milling unit eliminates the need to reconfigure the machine
to the thickness of the workpiece.
- Thickness range of the processed part: 16mm - 45mm.
- The model is fitted with an end trimming unit (cutoff of front
and back edge overhangs) and a milling unit of angular joints (radius
milling of an edge joint).
- This model is semiautomatic; all operations are automated to
the maximum. In comparison with a manual milling tool the machine
F-10 increases productivity at least threefold.
