Edge milling machine F-11 is designed for removal and radius milling of the edge overhangs.

The machine works with straight and curved parts.

The milling unit processes an upper and lower cornice for one pass of the part.

Moving milling unit eliminates the need to reconfigure the machine to the thickness of the workpiece.

Thickness range of the processed part: 16mm - 45mm.

The model is fitted with an end trimming unit (cutoff of front and back edge overhangs) and a milling unit of angular joints (milling unit copies and mills an edge joint).

The milling unit of angular joints processes radius end face of tabletops, postformings etc.

On the backside of the bed frame there is an additional worktable with double-sided polishing unit for workpieces.

This model is semiautomatic with four separate operations.

In combination with edge banding machine the Edge milling machine F-11 becomes an alternative to flow-type automatic line.
